There is one king and three queen beds. The two queen bedrooms share a bathroom. Every room, including the great room, has individual air- conditioning units allowing you to choose your preferred setting. Off of the primary bedroom with bath ensuite, you will find an above ground spa overlooking the golf links.
The expansive kitchen, in the heart of the home, has an island bar with three bar stools, and a gas range. The air-conditioned kitchen opens to the great room with a large sofa, 65-inch smart TV, and dining table that seats five. In addition, there is a small table that seats four by the front entry. This could also double as a workspace. Free and fast WiFi is available for those working while traveling.
Two private decks offer dining for six, a gas BBQ, a seating area with party lights, and the spa! With treetop views, this the perfect spot for gathering to enjoy the views across the golf links.

Everything you need is on one level, including a huge laundry room with front-load machines and a laundry sink.
For your beach days we supply beach towels, beach chairs, bodyboards and a cooler. enjoy the spacious and scenic decks overlooking the golf links. At the end of a busy day sightseeing, the professionally serviced spa on the deck outside of the primary bedroom ensures a clean and balanced spa.

Kailua Beach, with its 2.5-mile-long white sand beach, is just an 8-minute drive away.
Kailua Town, with its trendy restaurants, boutique shopping, and Whole Foods Market, is just 1.8 miles from the home. This is the ideal location for touring the island! Honolulu International Airport is just a 30-minute drive away. Waikiki, with its award-winning restaurants, shopping, and tourist vibe, is 30 minutes from home.

Rates
$549 -$899 per night depending on length of stay, season and number of guests. All bookings are subject to 17.962%
taxes, $550 departure cleaning fee and $5000 refundable security deposit.
